Wedding: April 2016 - NYC I created my own but I based it off of A Practical Wedding’s spreadsheet templates: ETA: On my spreadsheet I had columns for the household name, children, list (A/B), number of people in the party, phone, street, city, state, zip, save the date, shower, invite, RSVP, number attending, table, and diet restrictions.

I also had it set so that it did the math for me on totals, ie, I had the total number of invites, number of A list and number of B list tied to how many people were in the parties, and then i had another line that had the number of people who were attending based on that totals from that column. I’m also a big fan of the guest list feature on weddingwire, which does everything, households, individuals, addresses, rsvps, gists, etc. This reply was modified 3 years, 6 months ago.
