(Code 28) In your terms, this means yellow triangles and exclamation marks. What regards wireless services, then this is called WLAN AutoConfig in Windows 8 Pro (please correct me, if there should also be a possibility of using WLAN service similar to Windows 7) and is running on the device (=enabled). You also asked for the model of the workstation where the card is attached - it's an MB H61 S1155 MATX/GA-H61M-D2H GIGA-BYTE running on an Intel i5-2500K. This also means that it is a desktop device.
